What Was Done
We delivered a full web application redesign and backend enhancement.
The work focused on:- Building a custom drag-and-drop article editor to speed up content creation and reduce dependence on manual HTML editing,
- Implementing API integrations with external systems, including Stripe for secure payment processing and Tipalti for payout management, automating financial flows that were previously manual or fragmented.
- Integrating PDF generation via API, automating document export and distribution for legal and planning materials.
- Supporting image conversion services to standardize media assets across content.
This project reduced manual work, structured content and payments data, and established API-driven processes that lower operational friction and enable future automation or AI-enhanced workflows (e.g., automated content tagging, AI-assisted editing, or ruler-based content recommendations).
