AI built into your documents

Short explanation
Modern document management systems and knowledge bases allow you to communicate with specific documents in the same way as with a person. You can ask questions, request information, and get answers in a natural way. This is of course possible thanks to the AI integration within the tool.
This can be particularly beneficial for the chapter manager and other chapter staff.
Example
Like on the video below, we don't have to read every line of a long document to figure out what we need to do with it.
We can tell the artificial intelligence to write us action points or summarize the document to the most important issues.
The tool in the video is an AI-powered knowledge base called CogniVis Docs. I wrote a comprehensive article about using it in EO/YPO chapters. You can read it by clicking the button below.
Learn moreWe can talk to it as we would do with ChatGPT, asking for example to find in large documents relevant information for us.
Caveat
This solution uses the CogniVis AI tool.
CogniVis allows you to connect your data sources to various LLMs, create custom AI assistants, and deploy them on WhatsApp, Slack, your website, or seamlessly integrate them into your applications and systems for use anywhere you need.
The founders of the company behind CogniVis AI ( Michal Szymanski and Dawid Adach ) are members of EO Poland and offer this solution free of charge to EO and YPO chapters as part of their commitment to the community.
There are no hidden costs that CogniVis AI charges EO and YPO chapters. There is also no other purpose than to help chapters who have approached us for help with implementing AI.
We provide our software and time for free, aiming to contribute to the growth of our entrepreneurial community.
Usage examples
Let's take a closer look at some of the predefined options available in this AI tool.
Essence
This is one of my favorite commands — it tries to summarize the most important information in one sentence, even from the most extensive document.
Summarize
If one sentence is not enough to catch all the nuances of the document you can try more traditional "Summarize" command.
Find action items
With the "Find Action Items" command, you don't have to read the entire document to know what needs to be done.
Translate
With instant translation, reading documents in any language becomes incredibly easy.
Explain this
If something is not clear enough, use the "Explain it" command and the AI will paraphrase the content in a simpler way.
Key points
Use the "Key Points" command if you prefer a bulleted list summary.
Custom command
Ultimately, you don't have to use predefined commands at all - just talk to it as you would to a human.
