Setting up a chat widget integrates an AI-powered interface on your website, enabling automatic responses to user queries. It enhances engagement and provides personalized, data-driven answers, improving user experience and interaction.
Go to an Admin Panel, which you can find in the upper right corner of the screen.
Go to the “WhatsApp Bot” section in the menu on the left side of the screen.
Click on the "New WhatsApp Bot" button and give the bot a name.
Choose Assistants.
Whitelist your personal phone number.
Enter your phone number and click save.
Enjoy your private WhatsApp Bot.
