Introduction

What is Hubspot?

HubSpot Connector pulls in all relevant data from a specified HubSpot account. It then processes this data to generate insights, reports, and summaries.

Configuration

Generate a Personal Access Token

To connect CogniVis AI with HubSpot, you need to generate a Personal Access Token in HubSpot. This token will be used to authenticate the connection between CogniVis AI and HubSpot.

Sign In

Sign into your HubSpot account.

Navigate to Personal API keys

Go to settings.

In the sidenav, click on Integrations and select Private Apps.

Create a new private app

Click on Create a private app button.

  • Name your token something like "CogniVis Connector".
  • Go to Scopes in navbar and pick the Tickets scope.
  • In the top-right, select the "Create app" button and copy the generated token.

Add the connector to CogniVis

Navigate to CogniVis Connectors

In your platform, go to the Admin Panel, which you can find in the top right corner of the screen.

Go to the Add Connector section in the menu on the left side of the screen.

Then, search for and select the Hubspot connector.

Add your HubSpot token

Add your HubSpot token & click Update.

Note: This connector can only be linked once.

Define access

After deciding whether the documents should be public or not, press the connect button.
