How to set up an AI-powered chat widget for automatic responses

Setting up a chat widget integrates an AI-powered interface on your website, enabling automatic responses to user queries. It enhances engagement and provides personalized, data-driven answers, improving user experience and interaction.

Go to an Admin Panel, which you can find in the upper right corner of the screen.

Go to the “Chat Widgets” section in the menu on the left side of the screen.

Click on “New Chat Widget”.

Fill in the chat widget details:

  • Who am I:
    • Enter the name of the new chat widget
  • What data should I have access to:
    • Select the assistant that the new chat will use
  • Enter the address of the domain on which you will use the widget
  • [Advanced] Chat settings:
    • Define the initial message displayed to the user upon opening the chat window
    • Set the header label for the chat widget
    • Define the placeholder text for the message input field
    • Display terms and policies within the chat interface
    • Set the character cap for each individual message

After clicking "Create", a window will appear with the code you need to paste at the end of the <body> tag.

Enjoy your new chat widget.
