We partnered with Coinsbee to modernize and expand their platform across web and mobile, focusing on scalable architecture, streamlined workflows, and engineering practices that support future automation and AI-ready capabilities.
Core work delivered:- Full platform modernization — Redesigned and rebuilt the Coinsbee e-commerce frontend with responsive UI/UX, improving clarity and speed of transactions via real-time API integrations.
- Mobile application delivery — Developed native-like mobile apps for iOS and Android in Flutter, enabling users to browse and buy gift cards on the go, with consistent experience and shared business logic across platforms.
- Backend engineering & modernization — Built and evolved backend services in Laravel, including support for crypto payment APIs, product catalogs, and user sessions, while assisting the client in migrating to Laravel 12 for security, maintainability, and long-term scalability.
- CI/CD orchestration — Designed and implemented continuous integration and delivery pipelines to automate testing and deployment cycles, reducing manual release overhead and improving reliability.
- Workflow & integration enablement — Standardized data flows between frontend, mobile, and backend systems; structured APIs and processes to reduce manual operational burden and lay the groundwork for future automation (e.g., monitoring, alerts, data extraction for analytics).
