Another season without repeating ideas blindly
This example shows the module’s role in a hotel process. We define the source scope and available actions for each implementation.
We are planning a summer campaign
The team wants to check how it previously communicated family stays. Posts are spread across channels, and some content was created before the profile manager changed.
A starting point for a new plan
The index provides previous content, media, dates and available results. A separate analysis module can compare topics, while a planning tool can suggest a calendar. Previous promotional terms require updating.
- Search by topic
- Content linked to its material
- Results labelled with the measurement period
What does this module cover?
The basis is the hotel’s own publications. For business accounts, we can include shared statistics. Monitoring other profiles is limited to legally available public data—it does not provide access to other organisations’ internal results.
Content archive
Posts, media, channels and dates form a shared, searchable resource.
Results alongside each post
Available metrics retain their name, source and period instead of being reduced to one incomparable result.
Context for planning
Subsequent modules can see the topics, formats and communication style used.
How do we launch the solution?
Select sources
We specify the hotel’s profiles, history period and available statistics.
Index materials
We link text, supported media, publication time and post IDs.
Update results
We set the schedule for refreshing metrics and the method for comparing periods.
What goes into the module and what comes out?
We separate source material from the tool’s output. This helps subsequent modules understand which context they can use.
What does AI use?
- Posts and materials from selected profiles
- Permissions for the hotel’s own statistics
- Publication dates and IDs
What does the team receive?
- Searchable publication archive
- Available metrics with source details
- Context for the Publication panel
Permissions and decisions remain with the hotel
Before launch, we agree data access, responsible people and how exceptions will be handled.
Marketing selects the profiles and data scope. Conclusions about effectiveness must account for the period, paid promotion and differences between channels; the index alone does not prove that a post influenced bookings.
The index does not create campaigns, publish posts or retrieve competitors’ private statistics. This data is input for subsequent modules.
What changes in day-to-day work?
Knowledge of previous activity remains with the hotel when the team changes.
Plans and new materials can be based on the real history of communication.
Which sources and tools do we connect the module to?
The types and history of metrics depend on the channel and permissions. We do not assume identical indicators across all platforms.

Its place in the implementation journey
These links come from the roadmap. Requirements form the basis of each node, while enrichments extend its capabilities. This does not mean that all subsequent modules must be launched at once.

Frequently asked questions
Can competitors’ publications be included?
We can agree to monitor publicly available materials. Competitors’ internal reach, clicks and conversions do not become available as a result.
Will the index automatically create a post calendar?
No. The index is a data source. Planning, content generation and publication are separate, subsequently configured functions.
