A comment that can lead to change
This example shows the module’s role in a hotel process. We define the source scope and available actions for each implementation.
A positive review with a specific suggestion
The guest praises their stay but mentions the lack of water for dogs in the relaxation area. A similar topic appeared earlier on another service.
Material for response and analysis
The index makes it possible to find both reviews. The analytics module can check how often the topic occurs, while the reputation dashboard can prepare a response once the hotel confirms whether bowls have already been put out.
- Review text and original rating
- Dates and source service
- Option to return to the specific review
What does this module cover?
We agree the services, properties and available history period. We retain the rating scale used by each source to avoid confusing ratings on different scales. Duplicate detection limits repeated counting of the same content, but does not automatically identify authors as the same person.
Unified search
The team can find a topic without opening each review platform one by one.
Sources retained
The rating and comment remain linked to the service and date.
Data for further work
The index feeds the reputation dashboard, response suggestions and guest experience analysis.
How do we launch the solution?
Select properties and services
We confirm access to reviews, along with the available metadata and history.
Organise records
We retain the original text, rating scale and review identifiers.
Synchronisation
We agree the refresh schedule and change handling, then test completeness for the agreed scope.
What goes into the module and what comes out?
We separate source material from the tool’s output. This helps subsequent modules understand which context they can use.
What does AI use?
- Available reviews for selected properties
- Service ratings and metadata
- Permissions and history scope
What does the team receive?
- Review index with links
- Material for the reputation dashboard
- Context for analysing recurring comments
Permissions and decisions remain with the hotel
Before launch, we agree data access, responsible people and how exceptions will be handled.
The hotel chooses the sources and analysis scope. An employee verifies the facts before a public response. Data from available reviews is not automatically a representative survey of all guests.
The module does not publish responses, remove ratings or identify a guest based on a pseudonym alone. Access to each service is checked separately.
What changes in day-to-day work?
A specific review can provide the basis for a response or operational decision.
Marketing and managers work from the same material.
Which sources and tools do we connect the module to?
A channel available in the ready-made Platform does not automatically mean identical data access in an individual implementation. We confirm the specific read access available.

Its place in the implementation journey
These links come from the roadmap. Requirements form the basis of each node, while enrichments extend its capabilities. This does not mean that all subsequent modules must be launched at once.

Frequently asked questions
Will all portals be available straight away?
We do not assume that. We check access, integration requirements and history for each specified service.
Does AI calculate one rating from all portals?
This analysis can be designed, but it requires explicit conversion of the scales and a defined weighting method. The index retains the original ratings.
