From a read review to a checked draft
This example shows the module’s role in a hotel process. We define the source scope and available actions for each implementation.
A staff member handles a review in the portal
A guest thanks the hotel for their stay and reports that water bowls were missing. The staff member wants to prepare a response without copying text or switching windows.
A suggestion beside the right form
The assistant reads the selected review within the permitted scope. The response module creates a draft, and the staff member adds confirmed information about placing the bowls. Publishing remains a conscious decision.
- Selected page context
- Draft to edit
- Explicitly approved action
What does this module cover?
We define the permitted websites, views and actions. The assistant does not need to, and should not, read every browser tab. Changes to a portal’s layout may require the integration to be adapted, so we test it on specific screens.
Context for the current task
The tool uses the selected part of the page instead of requiring manual copying.
Suggestions beside the form
The staff member can review a suggestion before inserting it into a field.
Limited action scope
Each action has a defined purpose and trigger conditions.
How do we launch the solution?
Selecting screens
We identify the portals and tasks where support will genuinely speed up work.
Configuring access
We limit the extension’s permissions and confirm the permitted way to use the service.
Testing and approval
We check field recognition, errors and the point at which the staff member must make a decision.
What goes into the module and what comes out?
We separate source material from the tool’s output. This helps subsequent modules understand which context they can use.
What does AI use?
- Permitted open-page context
- User instruction
- Knowledge and tools connected to the implementation
What does the team receive?
- Summary or suggestion beside the page
- Data to insert into the form
- History of agreed actions
Permissions and decisions remain with the hotel
Before launch, we agree data access, responsible people and how exceptions will be handled.
The user can see which page the assistant is working on and what it intends to do. Sending, publishing and changing data require agreed confirmation rules.
This is not a general robot that searches the entire internet. It is not used to bypass security, service restrictions or access to content that the staff member is not permitted to see.
What changes in day-to-day work?
AI can support work directly in the portal being used.
The team checks the suggestion before carrying out a significant operation.
Which sources and tools do we connect the module to?
Where a suitable API is available, we consider system integration. A browser extension does not replace a stable interface for every process.

Its place in the implementation journey
These links come from the roadmap. Requirements form the basis of each node, while enrichments extend its capabilities. This does not mean that all subsequent modules must be launched at once.

Frequently asked questions
Will the assistant work on every website?
No. We implement and test it for specified websites and specific tasks.
Will it read all open tabs?
The scope should be limited to approved pages and the context needed for the task. We do not assume access to the user’s entire activity.
