Move quickly from learning about AI to working with AI
The aim was to start using AI in the hotel without a lengthy preparation period. We combined learning about the tools with engaging exercises, developing shared team context and exploring participants’ ideas for their own processes and implementations.
Shared knowledge, privacy and security
We discussed how to help staff become comfortable with new tools and organise the work of AI agents around the team’s knowledge. This included SharePoint, a local and shared CLAUDE.md file, and a skills structure. Privacy and security standards were built into the work with these new capabilities from the outset, rather than added at the end of the process.
